Typical System Schematics

Typical Schematics Single or Multiple Heat Users
The required temperature at each heat user is controlled by automatically varying the thermal fluid flow with a 3-way diverting valve. Full flow of thermal fluid through the heater is maintained at all times.

Single or Multiple Heat Users
The required temperature at each heat user is controlled by automatically varying the thermal fluid flow with a control valve. A pressure sensing bypass valve opens in proportion to the amount of control valve closing to maintain full flow of thermal fluid through the heater at all times.

Single or Multiple Heat Users
The required temperature at each heat user is controlled by automatically varying the thermal fluid flow with a control valve. Operating in response to a flow controller, a bypass valve opens in proportion to the amount of control valve closing to maintain full flow of thermal fluid through the heater at all times.

Automatic Heating and Cooling
The flow control valves in both heating and cooling circuit and a bypass control valve to maintain full flow through the heater at all times. On cooling cycle, valve (b) closes, valve (c) controls flow of cooling fluid to user, and valve (a) opens to maintain flow of hot fluid through heater.

These schematics show general arrangements only and are not to give detailed requirements for a specific application.
